Privacy notice
This privacy notice describes what information ValidStitch collects when you visit the marketing site, submit the contact form, or join the waitlist. The product itself is in pre-launch; this page covers the public website only and will be replaced with a fuller product-data policy before general availability.
Terms of use
By accessing the ValidStitch marketing website or submitting any form on it, you agree to the terms described on this page. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit a form. These terms apply to the public marketing site only; product terms will be presented separately at the time of account creation.
Cookie notice
ValidStitch uses a small number of first-party cookies to remember your preference state across page loads and to measure how visitors interact with the marketing site in aggregate. These cookies do not identify you personally and are not used for advertising targeting.
Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy describes the categories of activity that are not permitted on the ValidStitch marketing site or, when the product launches, on the ValidStitch service. It is intended to keep the service available, lawful, and safe for every customer.
AI Use Policy
ValidStitch uses machine-learning and automated reasoning systems to assist with validation, format conversion, and production-setup recommendations. This notice describes how those systems use your content and the boundaries of what they will and will not do with it.
Takedown / DMCA Policy
ValidStitch respects the intellectual-property rights of others and provides a notice-and-takedown mechanism for rights-holders who believe content uploaded to or processed by the service infringes their rights.
Data Processing Addendum
This Data Processing Addendum applies when ValidStitch processes personal data on behalf of a Customer in connection with the ValidStitch service, and is incorporated into the agreement between ValidStitch and that Customer. It supplements, and does not replace, that agreement.
Subprocessor List
ValidStitch engages the following categories of subprocessors today: cloud-infrastructure hosting (Amazon Web Services, us-east-1 region by default), transactional email delivery (Amazon Simple Email Service), DNS and edge caching (Amazon Route 53 and CloudFront), and observability (Amazon CloudWatch). Specific entity names and regions will be enumerated as the product enters paid availability.
Accessibility Statement
ValidStitch is committed to making its marketing site and, when launched, its product reasonably accessible to people with disabilities. We design with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA in mind as a target, while recognizing that not every page or feature will conform at all times.
