This Acceptable Use Policy describes the categories of activity that are not permitted on the ValidStitch marketing site or, when the product launches, on the ValidStitch service. It is intended to keep the service available, lawful, and safe for every customer.
You may not use ValidStitch to upload, store, or transmit content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others, that is unlawful in the jurisdiction where you are located or where the content will be produced, or that depicts minors in a sexual context. You may not use the service to send unsolicited commercial messages, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, or to disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform.
ValidStitch reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate access for any user reasonably believed to be in violation of this policy, to remove or refuse to process any content that violates this policy, and to cooperate with law enforcement when required by applicable law. Suspension may occur without prior notice when continued use would materially harm other customers or the service.
Suspected violations of this policy may be reported to the support contact listed on the contact page. ValidStitch will investigate good-faith reports and take action it deems appropriate; ValidStitch is not obligated to disclose the outcome of any individual report.
