ValidStitch is operated by its parent entity under the laws of the United States. Jurisdiction-specific terms will be added prior to public launch; this notice will be updated then.
By accessing the ValidStitch marketing website or submitting any form on it, you agree to the terms described on this page. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit a form. These terms apply to the public marketing site only; product terms will be presented separately at the time of account creation.
The ValidStitch marketing site provides information about an embroidery digitizing product currently in pre-launch, and accepts waitlist and demo-request submissions from interested visitors. No commercial product is being sold or delivered through this site at this time.
You agree to provide accurate information in any form you submit, not to attempt to disrupt or probe the site's infrastructure, and not to use the site in violation of any applicable law. We reserve the right to refuse or discard submissions that appear to be automated, malicious, or fraudulent.
The site is provided on an 'as is' basis. Content on the marketing site, including product descriptions and roadmap statements, reflects current intent and is not a binding commitment. The product itself is not yet generally available and feature descriptions may change before launch.
We may suspend or discontinue access to the marketing site, or any part of it, at any time and without notice. Termination does not entitle either party to compensation; submissions previously made will be retained or deleted in accordance with the privacy notice.
These terms are governed by the laws referenced in the jurisdiction note below. Jurisdiction-specific terms will be expanded before the product is generally available; this page will be updated at that time and the 'last updated' date will reflect the change.
