Purpose
ValidStitch respects the intellectual-property rights of others and provides a notice-and-takedown mechanism for rights-holders who believe content uploaded to or processed by the service infringes their rights.

§ 02
Submitting a notice
A takedown notice must be in writing, identify the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed, identify the specific content alleged to infringe with sufficient detail for ValidStitch to locate it, include the requester's contact information, and include a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized. Notices may be submitted to the support contact listed on the contact page.
§ 03
ValidStitch's response
ValidStitch will review properly-submitted notices and may, at its sole discretion, remove or disable access to the identified content, suspend the uploading account, or take other action it deems appropriate. ValidStitch is not obligated to make a legal determination of infringement and reserves the right to forward notices to the alleged uploader.
§ 04
Counter-notice
If you believe content of yours was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice via the support contact. ValidStitch will consider the counter-notice in good faith but reserves the right to decline restoration when doing so would expose ValidStitch to material risk.
§ 05
Repeat infringers
ValidStitch will, in appropriate circumstances and in its sole discretion, terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
