ValidStitch uses machine-learning and automated reasoning systems to assist with validation, format conversion, and production-setup recommendations. This notice describes how those systems use your content and the boundaries of what they will and will not do with it.
ValidStitch does not use customer-uploaded files to train third-party general-purpose foundation models. We may use customer content to improve internal, embroidery-specific models that power validation, format conversion, and setup recommendations, provided we have a lawful basis under the privacy notice to do so. You may opt out of having your content used for internal model improvement; opt-out controls will be available in the account settings at launch.
You retain all rights to designs you upload. Outputs generated with the assistance of our AI systems are provided 'as-is' and without warranty of fitness for any particular machine, fabric, or production run. You are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted outputs before they reach production; ValidStitch is not liable for production losses caused by reliance on AI-generated suggestions without operator review.
ValidStitch may update this notice as the product's AI capabilities evolve. Material changes will be reflected in the 'last updated' date at the top of this page, and the most-recent prior version will remain available on request.
