This is a pre-launch draft. Counsel review is pending; the final version will be republished before paid uploads launch. In the meantime, this draft governs use of the marketing site only.
ValidStitch engages the following categories of subprocessors today: cloud-infrastructure hosting (Amazon Web Services, us-east-1 region by default), transactional email delivery (Amazon Simple Email Service), DNS and edge caching (Amazon Route 53 and CloudFront), and observability (Amazon CloudWatch). Specific entity names and regions will be enumerated as the product enters paid availability.
ValidStitch may add, remove, or replace subprocessors from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page; the subprocessor change notice policy in effect at the time of change governs the notification and objection process for affected customers.
Customers operating under a Data Processing Addendum may, in accordance with the addendum, raise reasonable objections to a new subprocessor. ValidStitch will consider objections in good faith and is not obligated to delay or refuse engagement of a subprocessor when doing so would materially impair the service.
