This is a pre-launch draft. Counsel review is pending; the final version will be republished before paid uploads launch. In the meantime, this draft governs use of the marketing site only.
ValidStitch is committed to making its marketing site and, when launched, its product reasonably accessible to people with disabilities. We design with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA in mind as a target, while recognizing that not every page or feature will conform at all times.
The marketing site is being designed to support keyboard navigation, sufficient color contrast, scalable text, and semantic structure. We have not yet conducted a formal third-party accessibility audit; we will publish results when one has been completed.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on the ValidStitch site, please write to the support contact listed on the contact page with a description of the issue and the page where you experienced it. We will use that feedback to prioritize fixes and will respond to substantive reports within a reasonable window.
Some third-party content embedded in the site (for example, font services or analytics scripts) may not fully conform to WCAG. ValidStitch does not control those third-party surfaces and disclaims liability for their accessibility characteristics, though we work to choose providers whose accessibility posture is reasonable.
