Reset your password
- 01From the sign-in pageClick 'Forgot password' on the sign-in page, enter your email, and watch your inbox. The reset link expires in 1 hour for security; if you miss the window, click 'Forgot password' again.
- 02Set a new passwordThe link opens a page where you pick a new password. Minimum 12 characters, no other complexity rules — length beats character classes for actual security.
- 03If you're signed in alreadyFrom inside the app, Settings → Profile → Change password. You'll be asked for the current password to confirm.
If you've lost access to the email
If the email your account is registered to is no longer reachable (left a job, lost the domain, etc.), the self-serve reset path can't help — the verification link goes to the unreachable inbox. Contact support with the workspace ID and as much account-ownership evidence as you can produce (most-recent invoice, billing card last-4, the name of a teammate on the workspace). We'll verify and transfer the account to a new email.
