Reset your ValidStitch password (and what to do if you've lost email access)

Reset a password from the sign-in page, change it from inside the app, or recover access if you no longer have the email the account uses.

Reset your password

    From the sign-in page
    Click 'Forgot password' on the sign-in page, enter your email, and watch your inbox. The reset link expires in 1 hour for security; if you miss the window, click 'Forgot password' again.

    Set a new password
    The link opens a page where you pick a new password. Minimum 12 characters, no other complexity rules — length beats character classes for actual security.

    If you're signed in already
    From inside the app, Settings → Profile → Change password. You'll be asked for the current password to confirm.

If you've lost access to the email

If the email your account is registered to is no longer reachable (left a job, lost the domain, etc.), the self-serve reset path can't help — the verification link goes to the unreachable inbox. Contact support with the workspace ID and as much account-ownership evidence as you can produce (most-recent invoice, billing card last-4, the name of a teammate on the workspace). We'll verify and transfer the account to a new email.
