COMMON GOTCHAS
  • PES color palettes use Brother proprietary thread codes — close matches in Madeira / Isacord need a chart lookup.
  • Older PES versions cap stitch count near 500,000 — large designs need version-10 emission.
  • Embedded thumbnails can drift from the actual stitch data if the file was edited outside Brother PE-Design.
