What it means

A line is not strictly invalid, but it is risky for the selected fabric or placement.

Why it matters

Borderline strokes can sew acceptably on stable woven fabric but disappear or distort on stretch or textured garments.

Common triggers

  • small chest logos
  • knit or performancewear targets
  • thin decorative details

Typical fixes

  • thicken slightly
  • simplify detail
  • test stitch before production

Notes

  • This is a context-sensitive warning rule, not a universal block.
