Invite your first teammate to a ValidStitch workspace

Share a ValidStitch workspace with another operator or shop manager. How to send an invite, pick a role, and what each role can see — for the brand-new team getting set up.

A ValidStitch workspace is shared by default — one person uploads, another reviews, the operator sees the setup sheet. Inviting a teammate takes about three minutes.

Add a teammate to your workspace
  1. 01
    Open workspace settings
    From the dashboard, click your workspace name (top-left) → Members. The members list shows everyone who currently has access plus their role.
  2. 02
    Click Invite
    Enter the teammate's email and pick a role: editor (can upload + validate + export), viewer (can read the report but not change anything), or admin (can also manage members and billing). For your first teammate, editor is the usual choice.

    Send the invite
    Your teammate receives an email with a join link. They create an account if they don't have one, then land in the shared workspace.
